The final step in selling a house, as well, selling it. The vendor advocate from sellers and agents will guide you to make the best decision and to get the best offer. This will include consideration of all of the offers that have been received and also considering the reserve price (if one had been set). The vendor advocate from sellers and agents will be at your service till you move out of the old house and the sale is complete. IN a private type of a sale, the vendor advocate from sellers and agents will advise you and assist you with the negotiations with the buyer advocate of there is one. The vendor advocate will keep in touch with you till all of the paperwork is complete, and you receive the full deposit for sale. If you have put up your house for auction, then the vendor advocate from sellers and agents will help you set a good reserve price and help you stay calm on the day of the auction as well.
We will be monitoring all the aspects of the sale and follow through on the legal paperwork until the sale has been completely made. We will also make sure that all of the parties that are involved in the transaction like the solicitor or a conveyancer, any banks and mortgage brokers and so on are kept in the loop so that there are no surprises that happen after the sale has been completed. This will be monitored until the day of the final settlement.
